乳化液自动配液系统的设计与实现

摘要: 介绍了全新的基于PLC的煤矿用乳化液自动配液系统的设计,该系统主要采用射流泵和防爆电磁阀,结合液位传感器和浓度传感器来实现自动配液功能。系统的两套配液方案分别为体积法配比和浓度计配比,自动配液时可以实现方案的自适应。另外通过对信号的采集和处理,开发了智能故障诊断功能,并且在故障时可以实现两种配液方案的无扰切换,提高系统的可用性和稳定性。现场应用表明:该系统在与乳化液泵站的配套工作中安全、稳定、准确,效果良好。

Abstract: Abstract: This paper presents a new automatic emulsion system used in coal mine based on PLC. The system mainly uses the jet pump and explosion-proof solenoid valve, combined with the level sensors and concentration sensor combination to achieve the function. Two sets of liquid distribution solution are designed, the concentration ratio and the ratio of total volume method,so that the automatic liquor can be realized adaptively. Through to acquire and process the sign, the function of intelligent fault diagnosis are developed, and the undisturbed switch between the two liquid distribution solution can be achieved when failure , then the availability and stability of the system are improved.Since the system was put into use, it has achived good effect.
